We just ask that you follow three simple steps:
Step 1: Attend our Challenge Kickoff Meeting to learn about how the program works and to complete your first fitness assessment consisting of weigh-in, body composition analysis, measurements, etc. After that track and log your progress and complete a final assessment at the end of the program.
Step 2: Do 3-4 of our AfterBurn Workouts each week for six weeks- There are no restrictions on number of visits.
Step 3: Follow our simple & customizable Fat Burning meal plans that make eating healthy enjoyable.
