When does the program start?
The Little Black Dress Project has two start dates so feel free to choose the one that's most convenient for you: Group I starts on Monday April 2nd AND Group II starts on Monday, April 9th, and goes on for six weeks from your start date! 
****Our Challenge Kickoff Orientation Meeting*** will be held on Saturday, March 31st at 10am and/or 1pm AND on Saturday, April 7th at 10am and/or 1pm at our location to go over the details of the program and how it works. This is a mandatory meeting. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend please let us know so we can make other arrangements for you.

Can I still participate if I've joined one of your challenges in the past?
YES! You are absolutely welcome to join us if 60 days or more have passed since you last joined a challenge (some exceptions may apply). We also encourage you to bring a friend to join in the fun!
What will be required of me?
We just ask that you follow three simple steps:

Step 1: Attend our Challenge Kickoff Meeting to learn about how the program works and to complete your first fitness assessment consisting of weigh-in, body composition analysis, measurements, etc. After that track and log your progress and complete a final assessment at the end of the program.
Step 2: Do 3-4 of our AfterBurn Workouts each week for six weeks- There are no restrictions on number of visits.
Step 3: Follow our simple & customizable Fat Burning meal plans that make eating healthy enjoyable.
My goals might be different than somebody else, how do I know your plan will work for me?
The plans and programs in this Challenge are specifically geared for results. Contrary to popular belief; whether you wan't to lose weight, tone up, build lean muscle, trim down, or just live a healthy lifestyle, the underlying principles are one of the same. Staying consistent during the program will get exactly the results your looking for. 
I'm out of shape. Can I still do the program?
Yes, you certainly can. As a matter of fact... YOU REALLY SHOULD! Our certified personal trainers will ensure you can complete the program and get amazing results regardless of your current fitness abilities. What are the training hours?
We currently offer over 35 training sessions each week, both mornings and evenings (5:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:15pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, & 7:30pm). Some days and times may vary. Please see our training schedule for the exact times. Each session will be lead by our Certified Body Transformation Expert and lasts about 45 mins from start to finish. This is NOT an online program.
Will there be a VIP Party at the end?
Yes! We will host a VIP Party for all of our Little Black Dress and Man UP Fitness challenge participants at the end of the 6 weeks.

Each day is a different work out which keeps it from getting repetitive. The workouts are well thought out and designed so no matter what level you are, you will be able to modify. Really really great atmosphere. Very clean. The staff is very friendly and always has a smile on their face. They seem genuinely happy that you came to class and work with you no matter how fit (or un-fit) you are. I work out frequently and really liked the pace here. You set your own tone when it comes to weights. When you feel like you need to increase, you do it on your own. The trainers might let you know they feel you can increase but they don't do it for you. The people in the classes are great and encourage to one another. We all suffer together lol.
