Our certified personal trainers design our workouts so that just about anybody can do them, regardless of their current fitness level. You are encouraged to perform them at whatever intensity level is best for you. Just do your best and make sure to track your progress each week! Please see our training schedule for the exact times. Each session will be lead by our Certified Body Transformation Expert and lasts about 45 mins from start to finish.  I’m worried that the exercises may be too intense for me. Should I still try it out?
